주요 개정 사항

1. 홈페이지 신규 기능 추가 (제2조 신설)
• 제품 도입 문의 기능: 구름 전 제품(Exelearnce, Devth 등)에 대한 도입 문의 접수 시 수집되는 개인정보 항목·목적·보유기간 신설
• 채용 지원 기능: 홈페이지 지원 양식을 통해 수집되는 지원자 정보 처리 기준 신설

2. 서비스 개편 반영 (제3조)
• 기존 EDU(온라인 교육)와 EXP(업무 생산성 관리)가 Exelearnce로 통합됨에 따라 처리 항목 정비
• AI 구르미(GPT-4o 기반) 학습 가이드 기능 처리 항목 신설
• LLM 활용 시험 처리 항목 신설 (Exelearnce·Devth 공통 적용)

3. 법적 근거 기반 처리 체계로 전환 (제1조)
• 모든 처리 항목에 「개인정보 보호법」 조항 기반 법적 근거 명시
• 동의 필요 여부에 따른 항목 구분 명확화

4. AI 서비스 위탁 및 국외이전 투명성 강화 (제9조·제10조)
• OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft 등 AI 서비스 위탁사 추가
• 국외이전 국가별 데이터센터 위치·연락처 상세화

5. 만 14세 미만 아동 개인정보 처리 방침 신설 (제15조)
• 원칙적 서비스 제공 불가 및 적발 시 조치 절차 명시
• 교육기관 위탁 시 법정대리인 동의 확보 책임 안내

6. 기타 개정 사항
• 쿠키 및 온라인 행태정보 수집 기준 상세화 (제7조)
• 가명정보 처리 조항 신설 (제11조)

• 개정된 내용에 이의제기 및 문의사항이 있으신 경우 contact@goorm.io로 연락 주시면 안내해 드리겠습니다.
• 본 개정 사항에 동의하지 않으시는 경우, 적용일 전까지 회원탈퇴를 요청하실 수 있습니다. 별도의 거부 의사(회원탈퇴)를 표시하지 않으실 경우 이용약관 제3조 4항에 따라 해당사항에 동의한 것으로 간주합니다.

Privacy Policy Update Notice (Effective April 27, 2026)

We are writing to inform you that goorm’s Privacy Policy will be revised as follows. Please review the details and refer to them when using our services.

• Effective Date: April 27, 2026

goorm will continue to strive to provide better services and protect your personal information more securely.

Key Revisions

1. New Homepage Features (Article 2, newly added)
• Product Inquiry: Added personal information items, purposes, and retention periods collected when submitting inquiries for goorm products (Exelearnce, Devth, etc.)
• Job Application: Established personal information processing standards for applicant information submitted via the homepage application form

2. Service Restructuring (Article 3)
• Updated processing items to reflect the integration of EDU (online education) and EXP (work productivity management) into Exelearnce
• Added processing items for the AI goormee learning guide feature
• Added processing items for LLM Proficiency Test (applicable to both Exelearnce and Devth)

3. Legal Basis-Driven Personal Information Processing Framework (Article 1)
• Added legal basis (Personal Information Protection Act provisions) to all processing items
• Clarified distinction between items processed with and without consent

4. Enhanced Transparency in AI Service Processors and Cross-Border Transfers (Articles 9·10)
• Added AI service processors: OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft
• Detailed cross-border transfer data center locations and contact information by country

5. New Policy for Personal Information of Children Under 14 (Article 15)
• Established that services are not provided to children under 14 in principle, with specified measures upon discovery
• Outlined parental consent responsibilities when educational institutions delegate processing

6. Other Revisions
• Detailed cookie and online behavioral information collection standards (Article 7)
• New provisions for pseudonymized information processing (Article 11)
• Updated Privacy Officer contact information (contact@goorm.io)
