그동안 구름IDE를 이용해주신 모든 분들께 진심으로 감사드립니다.
구름IDE는 2025년 10월 30일(목) 오후 2시(KST)부로 종료됩니다.

2025-09-23 (화): 구름IDE 종료 공지 게시, 연간/월간 멤버십 신규 가입 중단
2025-09-30 (화) 14:00 (KST): 유료 크레딧 충전 중단
2025-10-30 (목) 14:00 (KST): 구름IDE 종료

※ 구름IDE 종료는 해당 서비스에만 적용됩니다. 구름EDU, 구름EDU Channel, 구름DEVTH 등 다른 구름 서비스는 변함없이 이용하실 수 있습니다!

구름IDE는 빠르게 변화하는 기술 환경과 개발자 여러분의 다양해진 요구에 부응하기 위해 새로운 플랫폼 Arkain을 준비해왔습니다. Arkain은 구름IDE의 강점을 토대로 AI 기술이 통합된 차세대 개발 플랫폼으로, 더욱 향상된 사용자 경험과 생산성을 제공할 예정입니다.

구름IDE 환불 및 데이터 백업 안내

구름IDE 종료 이후에는 모든 컨테이너, 대시보드, 커스텀 이미지에 접근할 수 없습니다.
종료 전, 꼭 잔여 유료 크레딧 환불 및 데이터 백업을 완료해 주세요.
자세한 환불 및 데이터 백업 방법은 아래 안내를 통해 확인해 주시기 바랍니다.

☑️ 크레딧 및 멤버십 환불 안내

환불 대상
• 잔여 유료 크레딧
• 2025년 10월 30일(종료일) 기준 잔여 멤버십 기간

크레딧 환불 안내
• 잔여 유료 크레딧은 ‘대시보드 페이지 > 결제 관리 페이지’에서 [환불받기] 버튼을 클릭해 환불을 신청하실 수 있습니다.
• 출석 보상, 이벤트, 멤버십 혜택 등으로 지급된 무료 크레딧은 환불 대상이 아니며, 종료일(10월 30일)까지 사용하실 수 있습니다.

멤버십 해지, 환불 안내
• 2025년 10월 30일(종료일) 이전에 멤버십 갱신 예정인 경우, 별도의 조치 없이 정기 결제가 자동으로 해지되며 결제되지 않습니다.
• 2025년 10월 30일(종료일) 이후 잔여 멤버십 기간은 원결제 수단으로 환불됩니다.

☑️ 데이터 백업 안내

구름IDE는 2025년 10월 30일 종료 이후, 컨테이너 및 커스텀 이미지의 데이터 복구가 불가능합니다.
종료 전, 아래 방법으로 반드시 데이터를 백업해 주세요.
• Git 백업: Git 저장소를 이용해 프로젝트를 백업합니다.
• 폴더/파일 내보내기: 컨테이너 실행 → 백업할 폴더/파일 우클릭 → [폴더/파일 내보내기] 클릭 → 압축 방식 선택

Hello, this is the goorm Customer Experience Team.
First of all, we would like to express our sincere gratitude to everyone who has used goormIDE.
goormIDE will be discontinued on 2025-10-30 at 14:00 (UTC+9).

2025-09-23 (Tue): Announcement of goormIDE end, discontinuation of yearly/monthly membership sign-ups
2025-09-30 (Tue), 14:00 (UTC+9): Discontinuation of charging paid credits
2025-10-30 (Thu), 14:00 (UTC+9): End of goormIDE

※ The discontinuation of goormIDE applies only to this service. Other goorm services, such as goormEDU, goormEDU Channel and goormDEVTH, will continue to be available!

We have been preparing a new platform, Arkain, to meet the rapidly changing technological environment and the diverse needs of developers. Arkain is a next-generation development platform that builds on the strengths of goormIDE and incorporates AI technology to provide even better user experience and productivity.

goormIDE Refund & Data backup

All Containers, Dashboard page, and Custom images will be inaccessible after goormIDE ends.
Please ensure that you request a refund for any remaining paid credits and back up your data before that time.
For more information, please see the instructions below.

☑️ Refund Information for Credits & Membership

What’s refundable:
• Remaining paid credits
• Remaining membership term as of 2025-10-30 (end date)

Credit Refund:
• You can apply for a refund for any remaining paid credits by clicking the [Refund] button in ‘Dashboard page > Billing page’.
• Free credits given as attendance rewards, events, membership benefits, etc. are not eligible for refunds and can be used until the end of the service.

Membership Cancellation & Refund:
• If your membership is scheduled to renew before the end-of-service date on October 30, 2025, your recurring payment will be canceled automatically and you will not be charged.
• Any remaining membership days after 2025-10-30 (end date) will be automatically refunded to the original payment method.

☑️ Data Backup Guide

After the end of goormIDE on 2025-10-30, data recovery of Containers and Custom images will not be possible. Please make sure to back up your data using one of the following methods before goormIDE ends.

• Backup via Git: Use a Git repository to back up your project.
• Export folder/file: Run the container → Right-click the folder/file to back up → Click [Export Folder/File] → Choose a compression format
