안녕하세요. 구름 고객지원팀입니다.
도메인 연결과 관련된 문제를 파악하던 중 도메인을 관리하는 DB의 허용치가 넘은 것으로 확인되었습니다. 이에 부득이하게 긴급 점검을 진행하고자 합니다. 사전에 충분한 안내 없이 갑자기 진행되는 점 죄송합니다. 모든 고객님께 미칠 영향을 고려해 긴급하게 내린 결정이오니 양해 부탁드립니다.

점검이 진행되는 동안 구름IDE 이용은 불가능하나 도메인 접근이 막힌 것은 아니기 때문에 고객님께서 운영 중이신 서비스 접근은 가능합니다.

관련 안내 사항
• 점검 중 컨테이너의 SSH, 포트포워딩의 외부IP와 외부포트는 변경되지 않습니다.
• 점검 중 컨테이너가 종료되지는 않습니다.
• 커스텀 도메인에 대한 접근이 아예 막히지는 않기 때문에 고객님께서 운영하시는 서비스에 접근은 가능합니다.
• 항상켜두기 컨테이너 유무는 관련이 없습니다.

Hello. This is goorm customer support team.

While trying to figure out a problem related to domain connection, it was confirmed that the DB managing the domain exceeded the allowable limit.

Inevitably, we would like to conduct an emergency inspection. We apologize for the sudden progress without sufficient notice in advance. We ask for your understanding as this decision was made urgently in consideration of the impact on all customers.

You cannot use goormIDE while the maintenance is in progress, but access to the service you are operating is possible because access to the domain is not blocked.

Related Notice
• During the inspection, the external IP and external port of the container’s SSH and port forwarding are not changed.
• Containers are not shut down during maintenance.
• Access to custom domains is not blocked, so you can access the services that you run.
• Applied always-on function or not is irrelevant.
