안녕하세요. 구름 고객지원팀입니다.
다가오는 9월 16일 구름IDE 서비스 정기 점검을 실시합니다. 점검이 진행되는 동안 서비스 이용이 불가하며, 항상켜두기 컨테이너가 재부팅됩니다.

일시
• 2023년 9월 16일 (토) 오전 9:00 - 오후 1:00(KST)

작업 내용
• 어플리케이션 버전 최신화 및 업타임 관리

관련 안내 사항
• 점검이 진행되는 동안 모든 컨테이너가 종료됩니다.
• 컨테이너를 다시 시작하는 작업은 유료 사용자의 항상 켜두기 컨테이너 한정으로 진행됩니다.
• 항상 켜두기 컨테이너가 종료되면 해당 컨테이너에서 실행 중이던 프로세스 또한 종료됩니다.
• 항상 켜두기 컨테이너가 재부팅되면 컨테이너의 SSH, 포트포워딩의 외부IP와 외부포트가 변경됩니다.
• “자동실행 스크립트”를 설정해두시면 컨테이너가 다시 시작될 때, 설정해둔 쉘스크립트가 자동 실행됩니다.
“자동실행 스크립트”는 대시보드 내 컨테이너 카드 우측 [···] 버튼> 설정으로 가기 > 컨테이너 상태에서 설정하실 수 있습니다. (도움말)

Hello. This is goorm customer support team.
On September 16th, we will conduct regular maintenance of goormIDE service. Service is unavailable while maintenance is in progress and the Always On containers will reboot.

Date
• September 16th, 09:00 am to 1:00 pm(KST)

Work detail
• Application version update and uptime management

Related Information
• All containers stop during maintenance time.
• Restarting is the only for the Always-on containers of the paid users.
• When the Always-on container is stopped, the process running in the container is also stopped.
• When the Always-on container is rebooted, the container’s SSH and the external IP, and the external port of the port forwarding are changed.
• If you set “Init script”, the set shell script is automatically executed when the container is restarted.
“Init script” can be set in the dashboard on the right side of the container card [···] button > Go to settings > Container status. (Help)
