최근 구름IDE 서비스를 통해 어뷰징(외부 공격, 피싱 등)하는 사례가 증가하고 있습니다. 이런 비정상적인 사용자로 인해 서비스 트래픽이 증가하고, 일반 사용자가 구름IDE를 사용하는데 어려움을 겪고 있습니다. 이런 문제와 불편함을 해결하고자 구름IDE의 1일 데이터 트래픽 사용량을 다음과 같이 제한합니다.

• 변경 전: 트래픽 제한 없음
• 변경 후: Free 플랜 1일 데이터 트래픽 1GB로 제한
ㄴ 1일 기준은 오전 9시부터 23시간
ㄴ 1일 데이터 트래픽 1GB를 모두 사용한 계정은 모든 컨테이너 정지
ㄴ 익일 오전 9시에 다시 컨테이너 사용 가능
• 적용일: 2023년 4월 3일 월요일 14시

사용자의 1일 데이터 트래픽 사용량은 [콘솔] - [왼쪽 사이드바]에서 확인할 수 있습니다.

구름은 사용자에게 더 안정적인 서비스를 제공하고자 노력하고 있습니다.

Recently, cases of advertisements (external attacks, phishing, etc.) through cloud IDE services are increasing. These abnormal users are increasing service traffic and making it difficult for end users to use cloud IDEs. To address these issues and inconveniences, limit goormIDE’s daily data traffic usage as follows:

• Before change: no traffic limit
• After change: Free plan 1 GB data traffic per day
ㄴ 1 day is from 0:00 to 23 hours
ㄴ Accounts that have used up 1GB of data traffic per day will have all containers suspended
ㄴ Containers can be used again at 0:00 the next day
• Effective Date: Monday, April 3, 2023 at 14:00 (KST)

You can check your daily data traffic usage in [Console] - [Left Sidebar].
