[goormIDE] Emergence Maintenance Notice for Containers in the Oregon Region

※ This maintenance only applies to containers created in the Oregon Region.
You can check the region where the container was created in Container Settings -> Container Information.

Hello. This is goorm customer support team.

As previously announced, from October 14(KST), new free plan users can’t get 1 free Always-on function. Because of this, a large number of new users suddenly signed up and created containers in the Oregon region.

For this reason, we decided to expand the Oregon region server immediately for service stabilization. Containers created in the Oregon region will be shut down during the maintanance time.

We apologize for the sudden progress without notice in advance. We ask for your understanding as this decision was made urgently in consideration of the impact on all customers.

• Oregon region server expansion

Notice
• Unable to create containers with Oregon region during maintenance.
• Containers created in the Oregon region cannot be run during maintenance.
• Applications running in Oregon Region containers are shutting down during maintenance.
• goormIDE access is possible during maintenance. While maintenance is in progress, you can create a container in another region(Mumbai, Frankfurt, or Seoul).

Maintenance time can change depending on the work situation. If it’s changing, the change will be notified through this notice.

신규 free plan 사용자에 대한 항상 켜두기 미지급 공지 이후, 10월 13일 오후부터 다량의 신규 사용자가 가입했고, 오리건 리전으로 컨테이너가 무분별하게 생성되었습니다. 이로 인한 서비스 안정화를 위해 오리건 리전 긴급 서버 증설이 결정되었습니다. 점검 시간 동안 오리건 리전에 생성되어 있는 컨테이너가 종료될 예정입니다.

사전 충분한 안내 없이 갑자기 진행되는 점 죄송합니다. 모든 고객님께 미칠 영향을 고려하여 긴급하게 내려진 결정이니 양해 부탁드립니다.

오리건 리전 서버 증설

안내사항:
• 점검 중 오리건 리전으로 컨테이너를 생성할 수 없습니다.
• 점검 중 오리건 리전에 생성되어 있는 컨테이너를 실행할 수 없습니다.
• 점검 중 오리건 리전 컨테이너에 실행 중인 어플리케이션이 종료됩니다.
• 점검 중 구름IDE 접속은 가능합니다. 점검이 진행되는 동안 다른 리전(뭄바이, 프랑크푸르트, 서울)을 이용해 컨테이너를 생성하시면 이용하실 수 있으니 참고 부탁드립니다.

점검 시간은 작업 상황에 따라 변경될 수 있으며, 변경 내용은 해당 공지사항으로 안내드리겠습니다.
